Build advanced skills in quality assurance, automation, and data-driven manufacturing for today's electric vehicle and lithium-ion battery production environments. This course prepares you to analyze production performance, solve quality challenges using industry-standard continuous improvement tools, and apply statistical process control techniques to improve efficiency and product reliability. You will also gain experience with smart manufacturing technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, industrial networking, variable frequency drives (VFDs), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) systems, and data analytics used to support safe, connected, and highly automated manufacturing operations. Cost includes the SACA Specialist certification exam and 6 months of access to course content.
