You will be guided through each step of creating a restaurant-quality steak, from choosing the right cut and seasoning with purpose to using the steady heat of a cast-iron skillet to develop a rich, deep sear. You’ll learn how heat control, timing, and technique work together to lock in flavor, tenderness, and confidence for your next steak night at home.  Open-toed shoes, sleeveless tops, shorts and capris are not permitted in the kitchen.
