This course is designed to refresh and reinforce the basic knowledge and skills required by any fire fighter who wishes to work efficiently, effectively and safely as part of a team on the fire ground. Upon completion of this course, students will be better prepared to participate successfully in the PSFA Support Firefighter NFPA 1010 Certification Testing Process and to perform more effectively as a fire fighter on the fire grounds. Prerequisite: 14+ & meet the requirements for Support Firefighter 1010 Certification Exam. Requirements: Pen/Pencil, Notebook suitable for classroom and field use, TOG, & SCBA. The course is a Non-PSFA CEU program. Total hours = 8, CEUs = 0.8. Min/Max for class: N/A.
