Advanced Structural Collapse Operations - Summer PSTC 2026

Course Goal: This course is designed to teach students advanced skills necessary to perform technical level structural collapse operations at incidents involving heavy wall structures. Description of Course: This course gives rescue personnel the knowledge and skills to breach/break concrete, oxy/acetylene steel cutting advanced shoring, search cam and DELSAR seismic patient location as well as confined space shoring. Students are given extensive hands on instruction in structure assessment, emergency shoring and stabilization, breaching building materials and patient packaging and extrication. Prerequisites:  Minimum age: 18 years old at start of course, and PSFA SCOF. Student Equipment & Supplies: Pen/Pencil, Notebook; and PPE. Course is a WCCC CEU program. Total hours = 24, CEUs = 2.4
