Buttercream Flower Piping

Create a flower garden of cupcakes while learning how to prepare and pipe buttercream flowers. You will bake cupcakes, prepare buttercream and decorate your freshly baked cupcakes. You will take home a dozen cupcakes, along with recipes, tips and tricks! Prior experience with basic buttercream decorating and piping bag usage is encouraged but not required. Open-toed shoes, sleeveless tops, shorts and capris are not permitted in the kitchen. Please wear non-skid shoes. For other Culinary Lab Rules click here.
