Do you like Zumba, but want to try something a little different that still gets your feet moving and heart pumping to the beat? Strong Nation is a high intensity interval training class that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training. Every move is synced to music that has been specifically designed to match that mover. Be prepared with a small towel, and plenty of water, you will need it!
