Firefighter Cancer Prevention at PSTC

This 4-hour class will educate firefighters and EMS personnel about their increased risk of developing cancer; encourage actions and behaviors to reduce or prevent exposure to occupational cancer hazards: encourage healthy lifestyle choices to further reduce cancer risk: and provide information about resources available to firefighters, EMS personnel and their families following a cancer diagnosis. The student will need to provide: pen/pencil, notebook. Prerequisites: Minimum age: 14 years old at start of course. Student Equipment & Supplies: Pen/Pencil, Notebook.
