Electric Vehicle (EV) Fire/Crash Operations (Westmoreland Exclusive) is an operations level 8-hour course involving 4-hours of review on firefighting techniques for handling hybrid and electric vehicle fires and crash operations.  The practical session, to include student hands-on, will review various techniques in stabilizing and controlling EV fires to include but not limited to usage of fire blankets, various extinguishment/cooling techniques, and review of various types of EV vehicles.  Prerequisites: Minimum age: 18 years old at start of course & ELEF. Student Equipment & Supplies: Pen/Pencil, Notebook, TOG, SCBA, & Spare Cylinder.  Course is a WCCC CEU program. Total hours = 8, CEUs = 0.8.
